Each Journey brings together 40+ thoughtful, heart-centered humans—leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers—who are ready for clarity, connection, and meaningful inner work. Together, we gather in Costa Rica to sit with Ayahuasca in a carefully held, intentionally designed environment rooted in safety, integrity, and deep respect for the medicine.

If this is your first experience with Ayahuasca, you are not alone. Nearly 80% of guests work with the medicine for the first time on a 1heart Journey, and over half have never participated in any plant medicine or psychedelic experience. Our team is experienced in supporting first-time participants with care, preparation, and integration every step of the way.
